IMPORTANT: All international orders are subject to duties and taxes as specified by the importing country. Customs and duties are not included in the total amount of your order or shipping charges.Judy's Bed is not responsible for charges associated with importation. All charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Orders shipped Duty Unpaid Delivered (DDU) and unclaimed or rejected by the customer will be destroyed by the carrier. Many factors can affect transportation time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within the time frame that is listed on each product page.
Shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so Triniful cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that Triniful will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.

Shipping Information
Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.
1.If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.
2.If your package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, undeliverable, rejected, or refused, then we will refund you for the order minus the original shipping fee.
